BIKIE taskforce detectives have seized a high-powered Harley Davidson
and arrested two Finks members after a raid at Coomera overnight.
Taskforce Maxima detectives and the State Crime Command Road Policing
Unit executed the search warrant finding a 2013 Harley Davidson ‘Night
Rod’ motorcycle worth more than $20,000.
As a result, a 27-year-old Coomera man, a patched member and treasurer
of the Finks Outlaw Motorcycle Gang, was issued with a Notice to Appear
for three counts of unlicensed driving. The motorcycle was impounded and
will not be returned.

A 22-year-old Paradise Island man, a patched member of the Finks, was
also issued with a Notice to Appear for one count of unlicensed driving.
Both men will appear in the Southport Magistrates Court on November 18.
Detective Inspector Brendan Smith from Taskforce Maxima said the alleged
breaches of road safety legislation provided further examples of how
some gang members had no regard for community safety.
“The riding of high powered motorcycles without an appropriate licence
puts all road users at risk,” he said. (bullshit, wanker..)
