DETECTIVES have arrested a Hells Angels gang member and seized three vehicles during a raid on the Gold Coast. Taskforce Maxima police acted on an outstanding warrant at an address at Robina today. An alleged stolen Nissan Navara was discovered and two Harley-Davidson motorbikes were also seized by investigators, along with other property. A 24-year-old man and member of the Hells Angels outlaw motorcycle gang was arrested in relation to the stolen motor vehicle. Hells Angels paraphernalia Taskforce Acting Detective Inspector Tim Leadbetter said: “This matter further provides evidence of the continual involvement of OMCG members in a variety of criminal activities.” Police are continuing to investigate the seized Harley-Davidson motorcycles. It follows a series of raids in southeast Queensland over the last month, targeting members of notorious bikie gangs. The man was to appear in the Southport Magistrates Court today.
