OUTLAW Motorcycle Gang member Brian Webster who was was arrested at Castle Hill has been refused bail and is next due before Parramatta Court on May 27.
The 57-year-old has been charged with possessing explosives with intent to injure, store detonators not in a prescribed package, possess unregistered firearm, not keep firearm safely and posses ammunition without holding a licence.
Mr Webster was arrested at a house in Galahad Cres, close to Samuel Gilbert Public School, at 9am on Thursday April 23.
Police allegedly found a Colt AR15 semi-automatic assault rifle and ammunition.
Hills detectives searched his Volkswagon van which was in the car park of the Dural Hotel later in the day and called the bomb squad after seeing what they though was a suspicious package.
The car park was sealed off at 5.30pm and people evacuated from a nearby caravn park.
Police allegedly found 34 copper detonators in the car.
Mr Webster is a member of a Queensland chapter of the Lone Wolf Motorcycle Club.
