Old Reynella tattoo parlour: SA Police investigate bikie link in shooting

POLICE are investigating whether outlaw bikies were responsible for torching and firing shots at a tattoo parlour at Old Reynella.

Emergency services were called to the Old South Rd business after reports of a fire about 4.45am.

An SA Police spokesman said the front of the building had also been shot at.

“There were a couple of large holes in the front of the shop,” he said. “Police are investigating the shooting and fire, which caused minimal damage to the front.”

SA Police’s Crime Gangs Task Force is investigating links to outlaw bikie gangs as locals say they saw the culprits leave the scene on motorbikes.

The shop has only been open for two months and is owned by two fathers with young children.
