A Rebel bikie member who

the floor during a police raid is
lodging a complaint against the West
Australian officer.
Lawyer Terry Dobson says his client Rodney Texeira, 30, has been allowed to break the club's code of silence because the December incident was captured on a mobile phone.
In the footage, Mr Texeira can be heard saying he's not resisting arrest before police allegedly push him to the ground, hog tie him, taser him in the back and wrap a pillow case around his mouth.
