Bandidos member Jacques Teamo, 44, faced the Southport Magistrates Court this morning after spending the night in jail.
He was arrested last night for breaching bail conditions over an alleged assault at a Varsity Lakes hotel in October 2012.
Teamo was the victim of a shooting at Robina Town Centre in April 2012 following a dispute with a rival bikie gang member.
He pleaded guilty to entering the hotel several times despite a bail condition preventing him from doing so.
He was fined $200 and no conviction was recorded.
Outside the court, Teamo's lawyer Chris Hannay told reporters his client's night-time arrest and overnight detention were entirely unnecessary.
