The 35-year-old was arrested in a car at Willmot
at about 1pm (AEDT) on Tuesday by members of Strike Force Tubbo,
formed to investigate the supply of the drug in the Penrith
area.
Police allege they found 14 grams of methylamphetamine in the vehicle.
A search of the man's Cranebrook home led to police seizing steroids, as well as cash that police allege are the proceeds of crime.
The man has been charged with four counts of supplying a prohibited drug, possessing a prescribed restricted substance and having goods in custody.
He was to appear in Penrith Local Court on Wednesday.
