Around 50 firefighters have managed to control a fire at a suspected bikie clubhouse in Sydney's north-west, several hours after it began.
Emergency services were called to the factory unit complex at South Windsor shortly before 2:00am.
The blaze has burned through two of the nine units, and fire crews have managed to stop it spreading.
23 trucks are at the scene, and it is expected to be some time before investigations into the cause of the fire can begin.
