Man arrested over Gold Coast bikie-related shooting
A 26-year-old man has been arrested in Melbourne over a bikie-related shooting on Queensland's Gold Coast.
A man with links to an outlaw motorcycle gang and a woman standing nearby were shot at the Robina Shopping Centre on Saturday afternoon.
Victoria police say Mark James Graham was arrested at Melton in Melbourne's outer-west last night.
He was taken into custody on a Queensland arrest warrant after an investigation that spanned a number of states and involved the Australian Federal Police.
Graham faced an out-of-sessions court hearing and was remanded in custody.
Queensland Assistant Police Commissioner Graham Rynders says the man has been charged with serious multiple offences.
"This morning Queensland detectives will fly to Melbourne to seek that man's extradition," he said.
