OMCG member charged over alleged drug and explosives related offences – Strike Force Raptor

Strike Force Raptor officers have charged an Outlaw Motorcycle Gang member over alleged drug related offences following a search warrant executed by police at Bidwill.

Police yesterday executed the search warrant at a home on Walshe Grove at Bidwill, where they seized a number of items including a quantity of cannabis, steroids, capsules containing white powder, $3085 in cash, as well as fireworks and OMCG colours.

A 33-year-old man was arrested at the scene and taken to Mount Druitt Police Station where he was subsequently charged with possess prohibited drug, possess anabolic steroid, and handle explosive without licence.

He was granted conditional bail to appear at Mount Druitt Local Court on 9 September, 2010.

Strike Force Raptor was established by the State Crime Command’s Gangs Squad and is a proactive and high-impact operation targeting outlaw motorcycle gangs and their alleged associated criminal enterprises.
