Police seize drugs, weapons in raid on bikie tattoo parlour

FORMER Nomads bikie boss Scott Orrock was yesterday arrested at his tattoo parlour and charged with multiple drug offences.

Police raided Orrock's shop in King St, Newtown, Sydney, about midday and allegedly seized an amount of cocaine and steroids.

A search of the shop took several hours, with police still combing through the building late yesterday.

Prohibited weapons, including a loaded pistol, and a quantity of steroids were also allegedly found at the premises.

He was released last night under strict bail conditions after being charged with possession of a prohibited drug and of a prescribed restricted substance.

Orrock, 45, a former high-ranking member of the Nomads outlaw motorcycle gang, will face Central Local Court on July 7.

Police said the arrest was part of ongoing investigations by Strike Force Raptor officers into the alleged supply of cocaine from Orrock's tattoo parlour.

Strike Force Raptor was established by the State Crime Command's drug squad to target outlaw motorcycle gang members and their associates allegedly involved in criminal enterprises.

Two years ago his Skin Deep parlour was the target of a drive-by shooting.
