PROSECUTORS have dropped charges against seven outlaw bikie gang members accused of bashing a former Gypsy Jokers president, a court has heard.

In the Adelaide Magistrates Court today, prosecutors tendered no evidence against the men.

An eighth man - Bradley Allen Walsh - appeared charged with one count of intentionally causing harm over an incident in August, 2008.

Other charges, including serious criminal trespass in an occupied residence, were dismissed against each of the eight men.

At the time of the arrests, in dawn raids at various properties in April 2009, police said they uncovered firearms, ammunition and stolen property.

Police had alleged the men were involved in repeated attacks on Mr Uzzell in August 2008, including a gunfight outside his home.

No reason was given in open court for dismissing the charges.

At an earlier hearing, prosecutors told the court Mr Uzzell and another man would need to be cross-examined before the matter continued.

They said they needed time to consider "new and sensitive" information regarding the attack.

It had been a condition of their bail that the men not associate with each other.

The men are no longer subject to that bail condition.

Walsh will return to court in April.
