Bikie wearing full colours charged for allegedly refusing to leave pub

A BIKIE wearing Gypsy Jokers colours was arrested and charged after he refused to leave a Kings Cross Hotel on the weekend.
The 49-year-old was drinking in pub in Darlinghurst Rd on Saturday afternoon - wearing full colours of the Outlaw Motor Cycle Gang - when he was asked to leave.
The hotel had a policy of not allowing the wearing of bikie colours inside the premises and he was asked to leave.
As police were leading him to the exit he refused to leave.
He was charged with excluded person remain within vicinity of licenced premises and granted conditional bail to appear at Downing Centre Local Court on November 25.
