A nominee of a Perth motorcycle gang will appear in court today charged with performing indecent acts in public.
It is alleged the 30-year-old man hit a parked car in Highgate last night before speeding away.
A short time later, he went to a car park in Highgate where police say he performed an indecent act while parked.
He also allegedly smashed a boom gate while leaving the car park and drove his vehicle into the Hay Street Mall in Perth.
He was arrested while attempting to drive into the Murray Street Mall.
Police say he has been charged with three counts of performing an indecent act in public, reckless driving and criminal damage.
