Adam terminates custom competition
at Bankstown Bike Show
It's the machine that embodies 'cool' - the Harley Davidson
Chopper... so says the local newspaper around Hawkesbury.

For Wilberforce resident Adam Layton
(pictured), it also embodies success.
Adam's customised Harley Davidson earnt him
the title of best street custom bike at the Bankstown Custom
Motorcycle Show on Friday, March 25, and a people's choice award.
The tricked out Harley took three months to
build and cost $6000 to paint.
Having built bikes for the past 15 years,
Adam has made a living from it for the past three.
All big boys' toys come with a price tag,
and to create a custom bike from basic elements will set you back
between $50,000 and a princely $100,000.
"You can't build them any cheaper than
$55,000, and that's the basic chopper," Adam says.
Adam reckons the ultimate goal for him, is to show his bike building
efforts at the grand daddy of all bike shows .. Daytona.
