Heres a competition for ya.....aah no theres not, nobody interested so bugger ya! Ill just keep drinking and keeping tab of it...

30/6 aah run out of last 10litres a week ago, due to working away from home, hell it gets expensive at the bottle shop every 2nd day...

26/4 Well that all went about a week ago.....

28/3 aah anothe 10litres of 40% spirit done, hoing in with no flavouring, vodka and coke for now!

18/3 Getting even slacker, ran out and had to visit a bottle shop, the shame of it all.....!

16/2 hell forgot about this add about 4 for the 3 weeks I guess...

23/1 drinking drinking.....

3/1/03 I think Ill just keep counting for the hell of it....

28/12 chrissy came and went along with a couple of bottles...

24/12 101 and still walking....

14/12 hmm 3 more down....

4/12 and still theyre disappearing....times been tough so drank the last batch as vodka, no flavouring, ok tho...Put another beer down today as horror of horrors, had ta buy a case yesterday...When thats done gotta do a brew for the chrissy punch...

Bottled 8 litres today, did 2 40oz rums ,6 700ml scotches, and a 40oz rye, should keep me going till chrissy I hope...

4/11 Thought I'd try a cocktail last night, Pina Colada, not bad bit of a change from the rum and coke..

28/10 getting slack again, keep forgetting about this.....

7/10 eek haveta do a brew quickly, on the last bottle....

21/9/02 Getting slack, forgot to update this for a while...

10/9 aah ran out of home made had ta drink a black label 40oz given to me...someones gotta do it ...finished that and started on a glenfiddich, also a gift....but the brews in and the rum tastes gooooood...tonight!

5/9 time ta do another brew jees whered that 9 litres go???

27/8 jesus, not making anymore black sambuca, g/f thinks its for recolouring the f!@#ing carpet....!!TWICE!! looks real good on white.....

8/8 Easing up a wee bit this week....

3/8 jees where'd that 2 liters of rum go.......fortunately just made 4 more....

28/7 nother couple down, black sambucca almost too nice...they jest keep disapearing....

Heres a shot of something thats made me very happy..! Situated in the worlds tidiest garage,the mix ferments for a few days(I use a submersion heater seeing its cold now) and then goes into the 25L stainless container, the still, where it is heated up through the inbuilt element till the resulting vapours are condensed in the reflux condenser on top, and then the condensate flows into the plastic bucket, at 80% alcohol/volume,.if everything is done right. (corrections from those more knowledgeable welcome!) Then its cut to 40% alcohol,with water, filtered and flavoured, and not drank until a week later.. Yeah right!!! its lucky to get cut and filtered....

22/7 New brew in and bottled, tried a rum flavour this time...going down well....put a pic up of the still soon ( as I can be bothered walking to the garage!)

18/7 I could shoot meself sometimes....brewing up and the tap on the collecting bucket is open....reckon I lost a litre.... who can I blame it on????

13/7 aah have ta make another brew, its all disappearing rather quickly.....

3/7 jees that new brew goes down well, had the bourbon and a scotch so far not particularly authentic tasting, but quite palatable, and feel fine the next day...The smoky scotch flavour tastes about the most accurate, but havent had much yet..

27/6 The bottle shops can kiss my ass, well in a week or so anyway,I got a still...first brew coming out tonight....Ill let ya know what its like...

20/6 bought another pair of JW's jesus christ, on the 43rd bottle this year,...hic! aah and the home brews ready again, coopers real ale, not bad.....bit of extra sugar to boost it a bit...

17/6 1 and a half down.....

16/6 the dew wasnt bad, but nothing special I thought....local bottlo got 2 JW's for $50, so thats me for a few days.....

10/6 hell their goin down easy again, nother 100 pipers after the JD, trying a Tullemore Dew now.

jees $40 a bottle and I still throw coke in it...

3/6 AAh got some cash again, back on the JD for a day or two!

29/5 given the cooler weather, been tucking into 3 litre casks of port , and another 100 Pipers.....

3/5/ aah another JD, then back to the scotch, seeing its cheaper.....

22/4 aah another one bites the dust. Chilled the first of the new home brew the other day, started partaking yesterday, Coopers Draught, bloody nice.....banged a bit more sugar in for a slighter stronger drop, and it works well....Got a nother one to put down this week, some other brand, be interesting to see what its like...

6/4 aah cask of port lasted about 2 days....nice with a drop of bourbon....my version of a manhattan..

Had a bottle of Jim Beam black after the turkey...then back to the Rye...

Had a couple of bottles of Jim Beam Rye the last couple of weeks, nice drop...Just started a bottle of Wild Turkey, not sure about this one, ok but a bit harsh straight...

jeees theyre goin down well lately...hic! changed to JD for a while, scotch making me a bit septic at times...
