IN TOWN: A member of the Filthy Few travels along Tahunanui Drive.

Police are monitoring the movements of members of North Island
motorcycle gang the Filthy Few who arrived in Nelson Thursday afternoon.
Sergeant Ian Langridge of Nelson police said about 20 members of the
gang were in the city after coming up from further down the South
Island.
He said police were keeping an eye on them because they were unsure why
the gang members were in Nelson.
Senior Constable Phil Wylie said on Friday there had been no
gang-related problems in Nelson Thursday.
