A
BIKIE
was
arrested
last
night
after
allegedly
failing
to
obey
police
demands
to
pull
over
and
then
trying
to
evade
officers
by
breaking
into
a
house
at
Mitchell
Park.
The
outlaw
motorcycle
gang
member
was
arrested
in a
house
at
Byard
Tce,
Mitchell
Park,
about
5.45pm.
The
chase
began
when
the
rider
of a
Harley
Davidson
allegedly
refused
to
follow
a
police
order
to
stop
on
South
Rd
following
a
traffic
infringement.
Attempting
to
elude
police,
the
man,
27,
rode
down
Mitchell
Park
backstreets
before
dumping
his
black
Harley
Davidson
in
the
front
yard
of a
house
on
Egan
Crescent.
"He
came
roaring
into
the
front
yard
of
the
house
and
just
dumped
the
bike
and
then
started
jumping
fences,"
a
neighbour,
who
didn't
wish
to
be
named,
said.
"I
heard
he
had
some
trouble
trying
to
get
over
a
couple
of
fences
and
I
think
he
broke
one
as
he
jumped
over
it."
Neighbours
said
the
man
jumped
into
at
least
four
backyards
–
one
of
which
had
children
playing
in
it.
The
man
then
broke
into
a
house
on
Byard
Tce,
hiding
as
police
cordoned
off
the
surrounding
area.
Officers
searched
several
houses
before
locating
and
arresting
the
man
and
impounding
the
motorbike.
The
man,
from
Parafield
Gardens,
was
charged
with
several
traffic
offences
as
well
as
aggravated
serious
criminal
trespass
and
property
damage.
He
also
had
an
outstanding
warrant.
He
was
due
to
appear
in
