Borumba Dam
Thanks again to Jim, who's been out
riding round the scenic areas of southern Queensland....
hey Dean......had a full daytrippin kinda day today out past Imbil to
Borumba Dam.......really nice spot & really good campin facilities there
too.......well it must b good, cause on our way back out we past a shitload
of HOG / Ulysses riders all heading out to the dam packed up to the hilt for
the w/end..........lucky Mon dropped 'er bike BEFORE they got there
eh!!!........
she was wondering why th bike was handling like shit all the way
out.........how was she to know that i'd only done one of my sophisticated
"squeeze" tests to check th tire pressures b4 the ride.......even then I was
somewhat distracted by my glass of JD........back at Imbil gaso i got a mere
15 on th ol' gauge......oops!!....
Sorted & off thru Kenilworth to Maleny & a visit to our
favourite outlets there (op shops, cause thats all we can afford in th likes of
Maleny).........then bolted back up the Bruce to home.........cheers jim
