Police anti-bikie unit Strike Force Craptor raids Gladiators Maitland clubhouse
Anti-bikie police unit Strike Force
Raptor has raided the Gladiators’
Maitland clubhouse and allegedly
seized a number of illegal items.
Strike Force Raptor North executed
warrants on three premises in
Portland Street, Horseshoe Bend
about 7.30am on Friday.
Police said the premises were the
group’s clubhouse, a building next
door to it and a house across the
street.
Police allegedly seized a taser, a
slingshot, knuckle dusters,
ammunition and a small amount of
cannabis.
No-one has been charged but police
said on Friday afternoon that their
inquiries were ongoing.
The
raids were conducted in accordance
with firearm prohibition orders
imposed on the club.
