A Mongols bikie, accused of deliberately driving a car into the house of a couple he was feuding with over money, is being considered for bail.

Clovis Murhabazi Chikonga, 28, appeared in a Perth court yesterday charged with criminal damage and doing an act which endangered life after the silver Ford Territory ploughed into the Nollamara home on December 30.

Police prosecutors told the court they would allege Mr Chikonga drove 40m down the driveway of the Tuckfield Way property before intentionally slamming into the bed-room window, causing about $100,000 damage.

They said the dispute over money had been continuing for some time and Mr Chikonga had previously been to the house to argue with the couple.

The court was told Mr Chikonga knew the two occupants were in the bedroom and drove at the window of the room "very deliberately".

Magistrate Denis Temby ordered a home detention bail report, which will assess the suitability of Mr Chikonga's nominated address in Butler.

He will rule on bail next week.
