Alleged Gold Coast bikie president charged after drug raid in Logan

An alleged Gold Coast bikie president has been charged with drug offences, after a raid in Logan yesterday.

Local officers executed a search warrant at a home in Yarrabilba, where they allegedly found a crystal substance, and a bottle containing clear liquid, both believed to be drugs.

Tablets, mobile phones and drug related equipment were also allegedly seized.

A 30-year-old man has now been charged with three counts of supplying dangerous drugs and one count each of trafficking dangerous drugs and possessing thing used in the commission of crime.

He’s understood to be the currently President of the Finks OMCG Gold Coast chapter, and will front Beenleigh Magistrates Court today.

While a 33-year-old Kingstoon woman has also been charged with drug offences, following a search at a home on Mays Avenue, where police allegedly found cannabis, MDMA, methyl-amphetamines, utensils and mobile phones.

She is due to appear in Beenleigh Magistrates court on April 24.

Investigations are continuing.
