A BLACK Uhlans bikie will face
court next month after he was charged over an unprovoked
verbal attack on an off-duty policeman.
Police will allege the officer had been buying groceries at in Ashmore Plaza when he was spotted by Aaron Smith, 41.
Smith allegedly stared at the officer as he paid for his goods and then waited for him outside the store, where he launched a tirade of obscene verbal abuse.
Police went to his home this morning and charged him with public nuisance.
Smith is due before Southport Magistrates Court on October 9.
