Rebels bikie links in violent kidnapping case
Four men armed with a baseball bat and a hammer allegedly kidnapped an Andrews Farm man, 19, from his home just after 9pm on Tuesday.
Police will allege the victim was driven to the Adelaide Hills where he was assaulted.
Demands of money were made before the victim was released six hours later, early Wednesday morning.
The victim was taken to the Royal Adelaide Hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
Detectives from the Crime Gangs Task Force arrested and charged three men on Friday with
aggravated kidnapping, aggravated blackmail, assault to cause harm and breach of bail.
A Paralowie man, 21, a Salisbury Heights man, 23 and a Greenwith man, 19, were refused bail.
The trio will appear in the Elizabeth Magistrates Court on Monday.
Police believe the men have links to the Rebels bikie gang.
The investigation continues and police say there may be further arrests.
