(christ they'll be locking you up for j walking next)

A 22-year-old man, who police will allege is a nominee of the Comanchero outlaw motorcycle gang, has been arrested and charged in relation to an affray in Mudgee in April.

On Wednesday April 24, a number of men, believed to be members and associates of the Comanchero OMCG, attended a licensed club on Mortimer Street in Mudgee.

Around 10.45pm, one of the men in the group became involved in a fight with another patron at the club. Security guards were able to separate the pair, before the group left the location.

Following an investigation into the affray, detectives from the Gangs Squad’s Strike Force Raptor executed a search warrant at a property on Vales Road, Mannering Park, yesterday.

Inside the property, police seized clothing, mobile phones and steroids, before arresting a 22-year-old resident of the home.

He was taken to Wyong Police Station where he was charged with affray and three counts of possession of a prescribed restricted substance.

The man was granted conditional bail and is scheduled to appear in Mudgee Local Court on July 17.
