Police appeal for information after assault - Penrith

Investigators have arrested two men after an alleged
attack on a woman in Sydney’s western suburbs last
week.
About 2pm on Wednesday 2 December, an 18-year-old
woman attended a car park on Union Lane, Penrith and
met with three men.
Once at the location the woman was allegedly
assaulted before falling to the ground. One of the
men stole a sum of cash and they fled the scene.
About 8am today police arrested two men in relation
to the incident.
A 25-year-old male, who is an alleged member of the
Nomads OMCG, was arrested at a home in Emu Heights.
He was taken to Penrith Police Station where he was
charged with robbery, affray and possession of a
restricted substance.
He was refused bail to appear at Parramatta Local
Court tomorrow (Saturday 11 December 2010).
Investigators also attended a residential address in
Cambridge Park and arrested a 29-year-old male, who
is an alleged member of the Rebels OMCG.
He was also charged with affray, assault and
possession of a restricted substance at Penrith
Police Station.
He was granted bail to appear at Penrith Local Court
on 20 December 2010.
Police have released an image of a man they wish to
speak to assist them with their inquiries.
He is described as being between 20-30 years old,
wearing a dark long-sleeved jumper with thin
horizontal stripes. He was also wearing light
coloured camouflage pants and white sneakers and a
cap. He is described as having dark-coloured hair
and being about 175cm tall.
Police are also appealing to any witnesses who may
have seen the incident or the events leading up to
the incident.
