A man accused of gunning down Lone Wolf bikie Neal Todorovski in a south Sydney street will appear in court today.

The 25-year-old Maroubra man was extradited from Perth and arrived in Sydney last night.

He was taken to Surry Hills police station and formally charged with Mr Todorovski's murder and shooting with intent to murder.

He was refused bail and is due at Central Local Court this morning.

Mr Todorovski was shot in Selmon Street, Sans Souci on January 4.

The 37-year-old and two other Lone Wolf members became involved in a violent confrontation with another man outside a unit.

Police allege a number of shots were fired at Mr Todorovski and at one of his associates before their attacker fled in a four-wheel-drive car.
