Two men linked to outlaw
motorcycle gangs have been arrested during
police raids which netted guns and cannabis.
Bendigo police today raided four premises
with links to the Rebels motorcycle gang
today and seized a pistol, sawn-off shotgun,
rifle, amphetamines, cannabis and "hydro"
equipment.
The raids in Bendigo and Redesdale were
carried out with the assistance of Taskforce
Echo, which has raided several Melbourne
properties in recent months that are
connected to motorcycle gangs.

Police arrested two Redesdale men aged 28
and 37, who are both assisting police with
their inquiries.
Acting Inspector Darren Wiseman said police
were pleased they had taken the guns and
drugs off the streets.
“We will continue to target this type of
criminal behaviour to ensure the Bendigo
community is a safe place,” he said.
