My name is Steven Pratt,

I have a request that you could please put a thing on your web site for me..

My Dad Alan John Pratt was involved in a major motorcycle accident on Saturday 7th Jan at around 10am. He was hit head on by a truck that had cut a corner and was on the wrong side of the road. The accident happened on the corner of Windsor rd & Garfield rd at Riverstone in Sydney north west N.S.W

My Dad is in Intensive care at Westmead Hospital and will remain there for the next few weeks. He has incurred severe head injuries, bleeding brain, excess pressure on the brain, multiple fractures and breaks throughout his skull, broken jaw, shattered bones all throughout his face mostly around the eye sockets resulting in an eye popping out. he has both shoulders broken, severe and multiple breaks in both arms, torn ligaments all through his neck, almost every rib is broken. he is in a coma at  the moment.. and is on more drugs than i can imagine. amazingly everything below his ribs remains intact buy he may be paralysed and not be able to speak because of the impact to his head..

My Dad was riding a brand new Harley super glide that he has only had for 2 months which he bought after selling his v-rod. needless to say the bike is totalled and quite scary to see.

My Father has always said to me that when I get my bike licence I have to worry more about what the people in cars etc. around me are doing rather than what I am doing and I completely agree as the accident was proven to not be his fault and police said there was no way he could have avoided a collision.

I had his initials tattooed across my heart yesterday to show my dedication to help him with whatever possible.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could post something about him on your web site just so hopefully some people could pray for my Dad. Im sure My dad, I, My mum, sister and especially my step mum Deb will appreciate all the prayers..
