Hells Angels face 'disruption' if
heading west
Police in Western Australia say they have received information the Hells
Angels outlawed motorcycle gang is planning to establish itself in the west.
Commissioner Karl O'Callaghan says
police are investigating intelligence reports the club is expanding its
eastern states operations to WA.
It is understood the Hells Angels club
may be planning to recruit members from local motorcycle gangs.
Mr O'Callaghan says police are
watching for developments.
"I'd like to make the point that they
are not welcome in Western Australia and we will be monitoring their
activities very closely," he said.
"If they try to establish themselves,
we'll be engaging in our normal disruption and frustration activities as the
police."
