A fifth bikie has been charged over the shooting and assault of a fellow member of the notorious Rebels motorcycle gang outside their western Sydney clubhouse last year.
Four men were charged in November over the July shooting, which took place at the gang's Mt Druitt chapter clubhouse in Minchinbury.
Police say a 33-year-old Rebels member was shot three times in the leg, before being chased down and attacked as he attempted to flee.
The man was hospitalised, but has since been released.
On Thursday, a 29-year-old man was also charged with discharging a firearm with intent to cause grievous bodily harm and participating in a criminal group.
The man, who was refused bail, will face Burwood Local Court on Friday.
