Tattooed bikie jailed for 3 days for playing angry birds on girlfriends phone
A bikie has spent three days in custody after he was
caught breaching his bail conditions by playing mobile video game Angry
Birds on his girlfriend's phone.
Leslie Markham, 33, is a member of the Gold Coast chapter of the Mongols
club. He was charged with drug trafficking in June this year, with one
of his bail conditions being no mobile phone use.
But last week a plain clothed officer spotted Markham playing the
popular game on his pregnant partner's phone at a doctors clinic in the
Gold Coast suburb of Coomera in southeast Queensland, reports Gold Coast
Bulletin.

He pleaded guilty to the breaching of his bail on Monday in Southport
Magistrates Court, after being arrested and placed in custody for three
days.
Solicitor Michael Gatenby said Markham's pregnant partner was feeling
unwell and passed him the mobile phone when he was spotted.
