Bikie trio on multiple charges after police raid in Greensborough

THREE men involved with outlaw motorcycle gangs have been charged over a alleged kidnapping conspiracy and drug operation.
 

The men fronted an out-of-sessions court hearing overnight after heavily armed police arrested five men in Greensborough about 9pm on Friday.

Reservoir man Aaron Carter, 29, was charged with conspiracy to kidnap, intentionally causing injury and recklessly causing injury and assault.

Alex Anagnostou, a 41-year-old from Mill Park, was charged with conspiracy to kidnap, as well as trafficking and using methamphetamines and GHB, and assault-related charges.

Anthony Giacominato, a 37-year-old from South Morang, was also charged with conspiracy to kidnap, as well as a litany of drug and assault-related charges.

They were remanded to appear Melbourne Magistrates’ Court tomorrow.

The other two men, a 37-year-old from South Morang and a 37-year-old from West Heidelberg, were released pending further inquiries.
