Police arrest 21-year-old man with alleged
link to Outlaw Motorcycle Gang for possession of sub-machine gun

POLICE have arrested a 21-year-old man
after allegedly locating a sub-machine gun, ammunition and
Outlaw Motorcycle Gang paraphernalia at a house in Hornsby.
Police from Ryde Local Area Command made the
arrest today during investigations into a robbery at Denistone
earlier in the year.
About 2:30am on Saturday, April 5, a 19-year-old
man got off a bus at Denistone Railway Station when he was allegedly
approached by a man and punched in the head.
He was knocked unconscious during the assault
before his attacker allegedly stole cash from him and fled the
Earlier today, Ryde LAC officers following up the
investigation moved in on the Hornsby property where they allegedly
located the weapon and ammunition, the OMCG vest, mobile phones and
other items of clothing.
