A FORMER head bikie has admitted
he flew into a rage and bashed a Gold Coast lifeguard
who ordered his girlfriend not to walk her pet dog
through the flagged area at North Burleigh beach.
Liborio Di Vita, 35, yesterday told the
Southport Magistrates Court he would plead guilty to the
assault charge, instead of going through with a committal
Police have alleged that on May 21 this
year the ex-president of the Gold Coast Black Uhlans chapter
confronted a council lifeguard and accused him of "having a
go'' at his fiancee when she walked her bull terrier through
