A man with close links to the Comanchero motorcycle gang has been arrested after a raid on his house in suburban Madeley.
The 25 year old man been charged with a string of offences, including possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell or supply and possession of firearms.
Police seized more than 100 grams of the drug, two pistols and $60,000 in cash.
Detective Superintendent Charlie Carver alleges the man has been actively involved in the distribution of drugs in WA.
"And you've got to ask the question why these gang members continually have firearms on their person or in their houses - for protection," he said.
"We are continuing to dismantle or disrupt their activities and it is a big bonus for the community of West Australia that these pistols have been taken off the streets."
