Shots fired into tattoo parlour – South Windsor

Four men have
escaped injury
when shots were
fired into a
tattoo parlour
at South Windsor
overnight.
Witnesses told
police a man was
seen standing in
the doorway of
the George
Street business
about 11.15pm
when he fired a
number of shots
into the front
room.
Store owners, a
30-year-old
Hebersham man
and 27-year-old
North Richmond
man, and two
friends, a
28-year-old man
from South
Windsor and a
33-year-old man
from Blacktown,
were in the
building at the
time but escaped
injury.
The shots caused
minor damage to
the room.
Police were
contacted as the
man was seen
running south
towards Dickson
Lane.
Police
immediately
searched the
surrounding area
for the man,
described only
as wearing black
clothing and
having his face
covered. At this
time there have
been no arrests.
A crime scene
was established
and a number of
items were taken
for further
forensic
examination.
