The Great (big pain in the arse..) Rebuild!
Quiet one last night so up early this morning to do a clearcoat...went ok , I only forgot the pinstripes Im putting on the tanks...I guess theyre getting another coat...

Next task was unpacking and fitting my chrissie present to myself...
124" of fun...
Only 80kgs! so wasnt too hard to lift into the frame...
First complication was the coil on the other side was a bit close to the rear head, spaced it out a touch with washers...2nd complication is the oil pump lines look like theyre gonna foul the Carlini torque arm if I can fit it at all, seeing it seems to be around 1/2" away from the gearbox now.....Ive had a lot of trouble with cracked inner primaries with this bike with the 103" motor..so Id rather fit it if I can...3rd complication is its now 35deg C (105F) and Ive lost about 2 gallons of sweat,so that'll do till this evening when its cooler...At this rate itll be ready for Easter...
